Analytics Pack

The Analytics pack gives you two complementary views into your content: how your team’s workflow is performing, and how your published content performs once it’s out in the world. It’s included free on Enterprise plans; Starter and Team plans don’t include it by default, but it can be enabled on your account.

Two kinds of analytics, one place to see them

  • Workflow analytics — always included, with no setup required. See publishing volume, cycle time, how long cards spend in each stage, contributor workload, and coverage across your organization, plus a running feed of notable activity like stalled cards or aging handoffs.
  • Content performance analytics — connect Google Analytics and see page views, sessions, engagement rate, bounce rate, and average time on page for each piece you’ve published. This is opt-in and separate from the pack itself — workflow analytics works whether or not you’ve connected Google Analytics.

What you’ll see

Connect Google Analytics from Settings → Integrations, then pick the property you want to track. From there, each published card shows its performance for the last 90 days right in its detail drawer, along with a trend line once enough history has built up, and a manual refresh option any time you want the latest numbers.

Good to know

Performance numbers update when you open a card or hit refresh — not on a fixed schedule — so what you see reflects the last time someone looked, not necessarily this exact moment. Content performance metrics live alongside AEO scoring in the same view, but they’re separate capabilities — AEO scoring is part of the Intelligence Pack.
