Analytics (Performance)

This is the Performance tab inside Strategy — there’s no separate Analytics page in the navigation, though it’s reachable directly.

What it’s for

A table of your published content, with each row expandable into a drawer covering story health, performance history, AEO scoring, and publish details. It has its own Performance (default) and Web Pages sub-tabs — Web Pages is a separate, related registry of tracked URLs, not covered here.

What you can do

  • Filter by type, assignee, campaign, board, publish date, or whether a piece is due for a refresh; sort any column; export the filtered results to CSV.
  • View a “Top 5 by [metric]” chart, based on the most recently saved data rather than a live pull.
  • Expand any row to see four sub-tabs:
    • Story — headline performance stats for the last 90 days, plus a content-health checklist (things like meta description, structured data, image alt text, heading structure, and whether the page redirects or returns an error). Any failing or warning check gives you a shortcut to create a follow-up card for it.
    • Performance — a history chart of the page’s performance over time (needs at least two saved data points to display).
    • AEO Score — a structural and content quality score with reasoning and recommendations, a button to re-run scoring, and a comparison against the previous run. Failing checks can spawn a remediation card the same way Story-tab checks do. See the Intelligence Pack for how scoring works.
    • Provenance — edit the published URL and how often it should be checked for refresh, with a warning if that URL is already claimed elsewhere, and a button to trigger a manual re-check. Editing here follows the same board permissions as editing the card itself.

Connections to other features

Creating a follow-up card from this tab uses the same card-creation flow as everywhere else, and cards open the same detail view used throughout the app. See the Analytics Pack for how the performance data behind this tab is connected and kept in sync.
