The Production Pack adds specialized planning tools to your document editor for video, podcast, and web content. It’s included free on Enterprise plans; Starter and Team plans don’t include it by default, but it can be enabled on your account.
Open a video or podcast card’s document and you’ll find a Script/Storyboard toggle. Storyboard mode gives you a drag-to-reorder list of shots — each with a type, location, action description, voiceover or dialogue, a speaker field that pulls automatically from the card’s attached contacts, lower-third text, B-roll notes, duration, and a spot to upload a thumbnail or sketch. If you already have a script written, you can auto-generate a starting shot list from it — one shot per paragraph or heading — instead of building the storyboard from scratch.Open a web card and you’ll find a Content/Sitemap toggle. Sitemap mode is a visual node-and-edge diagram editor — drag nodes onto the canvas, give each a title and description, connect them to map out page relationships, and use the minimap to navigate larger structures. It’s built for planning a page’s layout before you start writing.
You can add, reorder, edit, and delete shots freely — the same permissions that govern the rest of the document apply here, so if you can edit the document, you can edit its storyboard.
Both the Storyboard and Sitemap tools live inside a card’s document editor in Kanban — there’s no separate page for them, so you’ll always reach them by opening the relevant card first. The storyboard’s speaker field is connected to Contacts, pulling from whoever’s already attached to that card.
