Outreach Pack

You publish something worth outside attention, then it’s back to your own inbox — copying a link, writing the same email a dozen times, and hoping a reporter opens it. There’s no record of who you already reached, and no way to know if the story ever got read. Outreach replaces that with a real send-and-track workflow.

What it does

Pitch straight from the story. The moment you publish something worth sharing, pitch it to your press contacts right from that workflow — or head to your contacts list and pitch one person, or several, at once. No separate tool, no copy-pasting a link into an email. Send from your own inbox, tracked automatically. Each recipient gets their own personal link, and you send it the normal way, from your own email — but from then on, you can see who opened it and when. Reopen the same pitch later and you’ll see the full list: sent, opened, still waiting.

Why it matters

Press outreach usually lives in someone’s personal inbox and memory — who got pitched, who already said no, who never opened the email at all. That’s invisible to the rest of the team and impossible to hand off. Outreach makes it visible: every pitch, every recipient, and whether it actually landed, in one place your whole team can see.

What’s included

Outreach ships free on Enterprise plans; Starter and Team can add it. Without it, the pitch option is still visible in the app, just switched off — so upgrading doesn’t mean learning a new tool, the entry points are already where you’d expect them. Already a customer deciding whether to add this? See the full Outreach Pack reference for exactly how pitching and tracking work.
