# People (Workload)

You'll find this as the **Workload tab** inside [Strategy](strategy.md), rather than as its own page in the navigation.

## What it's for

An admin- and manager-only view of your team's current card load and productivity, with the ability to drill into any one person. Regular members don't have access to this view.

## What you can do

* Browse a flat list of team members (if you're an admin) or members grouped by the boards you own (if you're a manager), with name search and, for admins, a toggle to group by board.
* Click a person to see their claimed and completed card counts, a breakdown of their active cards by type, their average cycle time (overall and by type), and a combined workload-and-speed chart you can view over a 7- to 90-day window.
* Expand a person's section to see flagged signals — like cards that have stalled or reviews that have been waiting a while — and use the four status filters (Not Started, In Progress, Done, Overdue) to narrow down their assigned cards, grouped by board.

## Good to know

If you're a manager, you can only view a team member's workload if you both share a board that you own — someone working entirely on boards you don't own won't show up for you, even if they're on your team.

## Connections to other features

Clicking into a card here opens the same detail view you'd see anywhere else in the app.
